HEIRLOOM PORTRAITS
Heirloom Portraits are classic head & shoulder vignette photographs taken in front of a white backdrop, resulting in a classic keepsake your family will treasure for generations. I make it easy to capture these timeless images by coming to you and offering wardrobe options.
PROCESS
1. Preparation & Wardrobe
Before our session, we’ll coordinate on the look and feel of the shoot. I have a curated selection of wardrobe options available; if you’d like to use something from my collection, please confirm with me in advance so I can have it prepped and ready.
2. Setting the Stage
On the day of our session, I’ll arrive at your home with my professional gear. To ensure the best results, please have:
- An 8'x8' clear, open space for me to set up my backdrop and lighting.
- Your child dressed (if using your own clothes) and ready to go by our start time.
3. The Session
The actual photo session is quick and kid-friendly, typically lasting 20–30 minutes. I work efficiently to capture those genuine expressions before the "photo fatigue" sets in. Once we’ve captured the perfect shots, I’ll pack up my gear and leave you to the rest of your day!
AFTER SESSION
Your curated proofing gallery from which you will select your favorite images will be delivered to you for viewing within 1 week of your portrait session.
Once you have selected your 3 favorite images in the proofing gallery, they will be edited in detail in both color and black & white and returned to you within 3 weeks.

SIBLING PORTRAITS
While my primary focus is capturing individual portraits of each child, I am always happy to attempt sibling shots if time and the children’s cooperation allow. These moments are a wonderful bonus, though they are not guaranteed, as the success of a joint portrait depends largely on the comfort and mood of the little ones during our short session window.
